Report every request served from the HTTP cache to observer. null
switches the report off. A synchronous observer runs as part of the hit,
while an async one is not awaited. An error it throws or rejects with is
logged and never affects the cached response.
The reported request carries the auth headers the injectors added and, behind
a scraping proxy, the rewritten URL with the proxy's key and the forwarded
headers, and caller.args can carry credentials. Redact them before storing
anything, as a transport has to (see HttpTransport).
